Photoshoot challenges
The 10-week challenge is structured around the specific goal of each girl and a plan to get there, whether it’s changing calories, changing habits, training intensity or improving food throughout the day. It is designed to see changes in the scales and their body, which will drive them to feel more confident in their body, ready to show it off on photoshoot day. Totally individual preferences on whether they get all glammed up or just wear something that makes them feel comfortable on the day. Starting off the girls were strangers, going to hyping each other up to feel so comfortable in their bodies and just creating a community energy throughout the day.

LWC Membership
This is for the self-led baddie, who has been in the gym for a few months but hasn't made the progress she hoped for. If your goal is to tone up, build your glutes and snatch your waist, each program is designed to do just that. Whether you’re experienced or need more guidance and easier workouts, they're all designed with the same intention.

Based in Baldivis in a private gym space, and no need to worry about anyone else being in the space with you. I am there to work on the technique of your exercises so that you can take on the different movements in your own training and not feel so nervous or feel like you’re doing anything wrong.
Options for 1:1 or 2:1 training if you want to come with your friend!
