What we do

Online Coaching

Two ways to work together online. Choose 1:1 premium coaching for high support, accountability, and weekly check-ins, or join the LWC Membership for a more self-led approach with structure and support when you need it.

Photoshoot Challenges

The “Wildly Confident You” photoshoot challenges are run 2-3 times a year. They’re designed to get you stronger, healthier, and more confident over 10 weeks, finishing it off with a private and group photoshoot!

In-person PT

Very limited 1:1 personal training spots available in Lucy’s private gym studio. Expect hands-on coaching, technique-focused sessions, and support that pushes you past what you thought you were capable of.
